Profile system SP 56500 with a breached thermal bridge for doors- and entrance sections, exhibition window partitions and curtain walling with high wear resistance and excellent resistance to external impacts. The profiles are made in untreated steel quality SS 1312, stainless steel quality 316L and sendzimir zinc galvanised. SP 56500 are allowing maximum flexibility in choice of surface. The third quality available is sendzimir zinc galvanised. Sendzimir zinc galvanisation is a form of hot dipped galvanisation. After the treatment the interior and exterior zinc surfaces are 20μm equating to 275g/m. The pre-treatment in combination with the subsequent laquering eliminates the risk of corrosion. The systems innovative design with tracks for rubber sealing creates smooth interior and exterior surfaces on doors and intersecting wall partitions. The profiles has a breached thermal bridge of a special water rejecting wood fibre.
The glazing beads are available pre-treated with sendzimir zinc and in stainless steel and have a hidden attachment. The glazing beads are available in width 5 - 50 mm and 57 mm.
